When do you process payment for my Sending Love Box?

Your initial payment is processed on the same day that you join Sending Love Box and your next payment will be automatically deducted on the 24th day of each month.

Which Sending Love Box will I receive?

Orders placed before the 24th of the month will be shipped the current months box*

Orders placed after the 24th of the month will be shipped next months box*

*If the above mentioned boxes are unavailable, a “Previous Month Box” may be shipped in it’s place.

When do you send my Sending Love Box?

Orders placed before the 24th of the month will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after the 24th of the month will be shipped on the first day of the next month.

All Sending Love Monthly Boxes are created and dispatched from our studio in Northern New South Wales.

How will my Sending Love Box be sent?

Your Sending Love Box will be sent each month via Fastway Couriers. With more than 700 franchise partners across Australia, from Cairns to Perth and almost everywhere in between, Fastway Couriers commitment to delight their customers at every point in their parcel’s journey is what sets them apart from their competitors.

Parcels are electronically track-able and are delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding PO Boxes) so make sure you use the delivery address where you will be during this time. If you work full time, we recommend getting the parcel delivered to your work.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes you can at any time by simply advising us of the cancellation. Please do so before Midnight on the 15th day of the month to stop your next payment from occurring.

Up front bulk purchases cannot be cancelled.

Should I Review my Sending Love Box?

Yes, you definitely should!

To qualify for a FREE bonus product in your next monthly box, your review must be submitted on our website and must be for the monthly Sending Love Box item*

What do I do if I move, or any of my details change? (including credit card updates)

Not a problem! If your details change in anyway, all you need to do is log into your account and update them.  Please be sure to adhere to the dates set out below.

  • Changes to PERSONAL or SHIPPING details

Update before Midnight on the 25th day of the month.

  • Changes to CREDIT CARD details

Update immediately. (Once logged in you will need to temporarily cancel your subscription by clicking the cancel button, refresh the screen and then click the renew button, follow the prompts and update your credit card details)

It is your responsibility to ensure that your details are up to date at all times.

Do all members receive the same products?

Yes., but if by any chance we have an issue with supplying the same items, we will notify you of the change.

What do I do if I have allergies to certain products or ingredients?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that your Sending Love Box won’t contain any specific products or ingredients, therefore we cannot accommodate allergies. If you do have known allergies to certain products or ingredients, we recommend that you check the product’s ingredients before use.

Can I purchase a Sending Love Box for a friend, my mum, sister or even an employee?

Yes, you bet you can!
