Information about us

D.W LONG & L.L LONG (ABN 57 556 424 499) is a family partnership. We trade as “Sending Love” and operate the website www.sendinglove.com.au. We offer monthly recurring Subscriptions Boxes  Australia wide. Previous Subscriptions Boxes and Gift Hampers can be purchased separately. Subject to availability.

Service Availability

Our site is only intended for use by people residing within Australia. We do not accept orders from individuals outside Australia.

We reserve the right to deny access and/or service to anyone at any time for as long as we desire for any reason whatsoever, and without the need to provide reason. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for loss which you may suffer or incur as a result of such actions.

To become a registered user, you must be at least 18 years of age and must provide Sending Love your personal information including, without limitation, your name and e-mail address. To use the service, you may be required to login using your email address and a password nominated by you.

You are entirely responsible to maintain the confidentiality and use of your email address and password at all times whilst using this site and service.

You may change your password at any time by following instructions on the site.

The Agreement between You and Us

After registering and completing the subscription or order process on the Sending Love website, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail from us that contains details of your order, and details of your responsibilities regarding our agreement. Our agreement will relate only to the product or service you have ordered or subscribed to.

By subscribing to Sending Love you acknowledge that your subscription has a recurring payment feature and Sending Love may arrange periodic charges (e.g. monthly) without further authorisation from you, for an indefinite period, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you provide notice that you have terminated this authorisation or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Sending Love could reasonably act.

Change of Details

If your details change in anyway, you must promptly advise Sending Love.

Changes to PERSONAL details, including DELIVERY instructions, must be received before:

Midnight on the 25th day of the month. (For box dispatches 1st-4th of the following month)

Changes to PAYMENT details, must be received before:

Midnight on the 15th day of the month. (For box payments 24th of that month)

Sending Love will not be liable for any charge or loss that you may incur as a result of invalid and/or incorrect personal or payment information. Sending Love reserves the right to seek reimbursement for expenses incurred if any, due to incorrect information provided by you.

Cancellation

We offer monthly recurring Subscriptions Boxes that can be cancelled at any time by simply advising us of the cancellation before Midnight on the 15th day of the month.

Should you wish to resubscribe after cancellation, the current subscription box rate will be applicable.

Our Refunds Policy

All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the goods are delivered to you in good condition, the goods may be damaged in the delivery process. Where you receive a faulty or damaged item from Sending Love, you can return the damaged item and we will re-send the item and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where we do not have any stock of that item, we will offer you a substitute item of equal or greater value.

We will not accept returns of items that are not faulty or damaged. We will not provide a refund for any returned items supplied by us unless required by law or in the exercise of our sole discretion.

Any items returned must be accompanied by their original packaging and any relevant original documentation specified by us.

Sending Love Box Subscriptions cannot be refunded.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in New South Wales. Once your Sending Love Box is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be issued with a tracking number to track your parcel if you wish.

Sending Love uses ‘Fastway Couriers’ for all deliveries across Australia. We accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit, stolen, or damaged after delivery. Any decision to replace goods ordered in such circumstances will be made by Sending Love, on a case by case basis, in exercise of our sole discretion. You must make all appropriate arrangements to assist and allow us to deliver your order, including obtaining any prior security, or other approvals which may apply to your delivery location.

Sending Love has taken reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, availability and completeness of the information contained on our website, that information is provided in good faith and on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we do not make any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the reliability of the information.

Neither Sending Love nor any of its affiliates, directors, officers, or employees assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the materials in this web site. These materials are provided as is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
